The service guys were great to work with. I had taken my car to 2 other shops and had no idea what was wrong with it, Walser got it in and within an hour had it figured out. Parts were in stock and I was out the door same day. Pricing was very reasonable and they washed my car for me too! Moses made the process easy and I felt like I understood everything. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle back.

I had called three times in the span of 48 hours to request a price quote on a repair. Leah was the first person I talked to at 11:45am on 1/21/26 and she was very polite on the phone and told me she'd give me a call back once she had the information for me. Fast forward to 3:30pm on the same day, I hadn't received a call back so I called again to get an update and spoke with a Sharon or Shannon (don't really care to remember her name). She told me "due to the cold weather, they are extremely busy and that I should have patience with them". I'm sorry? I didn't think asking for a price quote, which is a very basic and simple thing to do in a car service industry, required me to wait multiple hours for a response. So I asked if tomorrow would be the latest I would hear back and she said yes. Fast forward to the next day. No phone call. Skip right along to now 1/23 and over 48 hours since I first requested a quote. I called for the third time around 4:30pm to get some answers. Got the same Sharon/Shannon again that told me to 'be patient' and when I asked what the status was on my request, there was a lot of dead silence on the line. She then told me "sorry about that" and that she'd

We went in at the beginning of the month to test drive the palisade with Thomas. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted. When it came time to purchase the car he made the process so easy. I would highly recommend going to Thomas for any of your car needs!

Terrible experience - took my SUV in for 2 outstanding recalls and an oil change. Was told it would be approximately 1.5 hours. After an hour or so, I was informed my car battery was testing low and I would need a new battery. Trying to decide if I wanted to install it myself, I told them no then quickly changed my mind and informed several of the service employees (as mine had disappeared on his lunch break) that I would indeed like my battery replaced (skipping the headache of having to do it myself). They acknowledged that they would inform the technician. After 3 hours of waiting, I see my car pull back into the service area and am left waiting another 20 minutes before checking out, only to find they did NOT replace my battery. I figured that was what was taking so long. If I had known the recalls and the oil change would take 3 hours I wouldn't have waited around. When I left I headed directly it Interstate Battery to purchase a new battery and had the employee test the battery one more time. The test comes back GOOD and my battery was perfectly fine. Tried to call the service manager at Walser several times and never was able to get a chance to talk to anyone. What a scam...
